Yup, you know what I'm talking about. Sorry guys, this is TMI for you. But we ladies, we go through this crap. Menstrual. Particularly the heavy ones. This is how we feel when we stand up suddenly when we were sitting before.

Guys, if I scarred your eyes and your brain, remember, your mum and your sis go through this as well. It's a horror.

Mother's Day is coming soon. Your mum carried a human for 9 months inside her before you popped! Even more if you have siblings. A human! Getting a human out of you is horrific too! 

Go and hug her and tell her how sorry you are that you had scarred her when you arrived.
